February was a month of contrasts for Tiger Woods. The golfing legend has been navigating the darkest of personal storms since his “rock,” Kultida Woods, left the PGA Tour legend’s side last month.
The personal tragedy led to Woods withdrawing from the tournament he hosts, the Genesis Invitational. That was supposed to be his 2025 PGA Tour debut.
But now it appears his return might finally be on the horizon.
On Monday, Woods was spotted walking with his caddie, Lance Bennett, at Seminole Golf Club during an “elite pro-member event.”

To be fair, Seminole Golf Club requires players to walk the course. So, this is not directly an indication that the Big Cat is prepping to return. Nevertheless, walking alongside the caddie he used in 2024 is worth taking notice.
Tiger has not played much of the last handful of years on the PGA Tour. That has mostly been due to the significant injuries he has suffered in recent years, most notably to his lower extremeties after his car wreck in 2021.
Yet, Woods has been actively involved in various aspects of the golfing world beyond tournaments.
Take the LIV Golf merger deal, for instance. On February 18th, Tiger played in the TGL and made what he called one of the biggest embarrassment’s of Woods’ career.
Afterward, Woods expressed, “I really haven’t thought about golf, so I don’t think I’m going to be thinking about it for just a little bit here.” But his recent appearance at the Seminole Golf Club has sparked excitement among fans.
As Woods takes to the course, expectations are running high. Do you think the Big Cat will make his triumphant return at TPC Sawgrass?
