A shopping center in Broussard has sold for $2.9 million, land records show.
An LLC registered to Lafayette commercial real estate agent David Gleason bought the 11,000-square-foot, six-unit space at 224 St. Nazaire Road.
The seller was an LLC registered to Jody Lormand and Blake Belaire. Belaire was part of the ownership group of the nearby drive-thru convenience store Yabbo’s, which was also sold last month at an undisclosed price.
The shopping center, which opened five years ago, currently houses a Burgersmith, a Pizza Hut, Ninja Hibachi Express and other businesses.
