Do you want low stress and a high paycheck? Choose from this list of jobs, if so.
Resume Genius has released a report of the top high-paying, yet low-stress, jobs for 2025.
To compile the report, the resume company analyzed data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and career site O*NET Online to pull low-stress occupations with at least the national median salary of $48,060, and “faster-than-average growth.”
The list comes as one study found that four in 10 Americans are suffering from burnout at their job — with five careers leading the pack in worker washout.
A growing number of Gen Zers are even planning to pursue traditional blue-collar jobs in trades like welding, plumbing and electrical work as young adults lose faith in the value of a college degree, according to a new study.
However, the top 10 high-paying, yet low-stress, jobs listed by Resume Genius require at least a Bachelor’s degree.
“Heading into 2025, prioritizing mental health in the workplace is essential for job seekers to feel more at ease,” Eva Chan, a career expert at Resume Genius, told Entrepreneur.
“With remote work and hybrid setups becoming the norm, work-life boundaries are increasingly blurred.
“Our report on low-stress, high-paying jobs shows you don’t have to sacrifice a competitive salary to achieve a healthier work-life balance. With the right role, it’s possible to thrive both financially and mentally.”
