If you love shopping, get excited. Four new stores are coming to MetroWest at The Shops at Highland Commons.
Located on the Hudson/Berlin Line, The Shops at Highland Commons is one of the largest open-air shopping centers in Massachusetts, complete with over 30 retailers across 1 million sq. ft.
This year’s new additions, two retail stores and two dining options, join a lineup of top stores like TJ Maxx, Five Below, Ulta and Market Basket, as well as restaurants like Panera Bread, Taco Bell, Qdoba and 110 Grille.
Here’s what to know about the new stores opening at The Shops at Highland Commons in 2025.
J. Crew Factory
J. Crew Factory, a clothing store that focuses on timeless, high quality clothing at a lower price than a regular J. Crew outlet, is set to open a 6,000 sq. ft. store later this year.
The J. Crew Outlet will be located between Ulta and TJ Maxx.
The Paper Store
A retail company based out of right here in Massachusetts, The Paper Store is bringing its collection of specialty gifts to Highland Commons. Guests will be able to shop fashion apparel, accessories, jewelry, beauty items, home décor, toys, stationery and more.
The massive 9,100 sq. ft. Paper Store will likely be located next to Five Below, a spot that occupied women’s fashion store Maurice’s until it closed this past January.
Chick-fil-A
If you get hungry from all the holiday shopping, the new Chick-fil-A is the perfect spot for a quick bite.
The fast food chain known for its chicken sandwiches is set to open a 5,000 sq. ft. store in May 2025.
Ramen Haven
Another restaurant joining Highland Commons is Ramen Haven, a brand new restaurant that will debut its authentic Japanese ramen in a 1,200 sq. ft. spot in the outlets. Ramen Haven is set to open this coming spring.
