We had to wake John up from his nap last night. But after a couple caffeine pills and an hour later John was ready to go! And while the topics might not have sounded interesting, we got into some good discussion about the use of HRT or TRT when it comes to competing.
We also look at the potential success of rival leagues to the CrossFit Games season and whether the World Fitness Project can survive in the current landscape.
And finally, we got into one of the most circular (and confusing) arguments about whether competition organizers should allow athletes who have been sanctioned to compete. I feel like John and Tyler changed their stance in the middle. But maybe I was just confused…
