King Charles and Queen Camilla will be having a busy end-of-year, with a visit from the Qatar royals booked for December.
His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, will be accompanied by Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Hamad bin Suhaim Al Thani when they visit the UK from December 3 to December 4.
The King and Queen will be hosting the state visit at Buckingham Palace.

The Amir of Qatar is no stranger to the UK, having been educated in Britain. He attended Sherborne School in Dorset and Harrow School, where he completed his A-Levels.
He then attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, graduating in 1998. Though it is royal tradition to attend the academy, King Charles did not attend when it came to his own education.
His sons Prince William and Prince Harry however did continue the tradition.

Charles and the Amir have each visited each other’s nations eight times through the years 1986 to 2015, though this will be the first after he became King in 2022.
Since his ascension in 2013, His Highness The Amir made sure to visit frequently throughout the years 2014 and 2023.
The last of these visits was to the coronation of King Charles and Queen Camilla in 2023, where he was accompanied by Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher, as Consort of His Highness The Amir.

They most recently met at the December 2023 at the COP28 summit in Dubai.
The news comes on the heels of Australia’s very own royal tour, with King Charles and Queen Camilla set to touch down in Sydney next week.
This visit, which is being undertaken as the King continues his cancer treatment, will be kept to Sydney and Canberra but will still feature a full diary of engagements from Sunday October 20 until Tuesday October 22.
