Construction on the 7,926-square-foot restaurant at 6131 Gulf Freeway began last year and is scheduled to open in late March for dining and To-Go.
The company is hiring for 280 full and part-time positions.

Once open, the restaurant will serve dinner only Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. It will be open for lunch and dinner on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
