Target is known for offering major savings for Black Friday and this year won’t be any different.
The retailer traditionally has discounts on electronics, home goods, fashion, toys and more, and the deals are disclosed, in full, in Target’s official Black Friday ad. It likely won’t drop until mid-November, considering the timing of last year’s reveal and how late Thanksgiving is this year, but typically the deals span across best-selling brands and highly-coveted products, like TVs, Apple products, kitchen appliances and all the must-have toys of the season.
To get you ready for Black Friday 2024, here’s what you need to know about when and where sales news will be landing at Target.
Again, while the Target Black Friday ad won’t be unveiled for another month or so, we expect the Black Friday promotional period to officially begin on Sunday, Nov. 24, and run through Saturday, Nov. 30. This may even kick off a few days up to a full week sooner because Target was among one of the last few retailers to roll out huge Black Friday deals last year.
Once Black Friday savings are in effect, new offers will debut Thanksgiving Thursday and carry through Saturday of Black Friday weekend. Shoppers can find all pertinent details on Target’s Black Friday page, holiday press hub, and the Target app. Plus, you can get a preview of the most hyped deal in Target’s Weekly Ad.
Ahead of Black Friday, Target will also be hosting a major sales event for its loyalty customers. Target Circle Week is taking place Sunday, Oct. 6 through Saturday, Oct. 12, with up to 50% off thousands of items, including toys, Halloween costumes, beauty products, home goods, appliances, and personal electronics. Shoppers need to be Target Circle Members to take advantage of the deals, but it’s free to join.
Becoming a Target Circle Member ahead of Black Friday is smart anyway. Members can enjoy bonus perks and savings just for them, including new Deals of the Day every day throughout the holiday season and other personalized offers and incentives all year long.
It’s likely that Target will also announce its Holiday Price Match Guarantee in the coming weeks. Last year, the retailer offered price adjustments on anything customers bought between Oct. 22 and Dec. 24 that lowered in price after making their purchase. 2024 should usher in similar opportunities wherein Target will match select competitors’ pricing within 14 days of purchase.
While we wait for the official Black Friday 2024 deals to drop, here are some top deals heading into Target Circle Week.
