Award-winning male-sprint champion Straight No Chaser had a final workout
Sunday morning.
Owned by MyRacehorse and trained by Dan Blacker, the 6-year-old
Speightster horse went five furlongs in 59.0 seconds on the fast main track at
Santa Anita. It was the third fastest of 91 drills at that distance.
Straight No Chaser is expected to race Feb. 22 in the Grade
2, $2 million Riyadh Dirt Sprint going six furlongs in Saudi Arabia.
There were 26 graded-stakes winners on the U.S. work tab
Sunday.
