Full Count Felicia earned the fastest Brisnet Speed Rating last week, a 110, for her powerful front-end victory in the Grade 1 E. P. Taylor at Woodbine on Saturday.
The Kevin Attard trainee, coming off a win in the Canadian (G2) last month, sent to the lead under jockey Kazushi Kimura. As many as 19 lengths ahead of the rest of the field, Full Count Felicia kept on to the wire and held on by 3 1/2 lengths over odds-on favorite Moira. The performance also earned her a 101 Beyer Speed Figure, according to Daily Racing Form.
Happy Is a Choice earned a 103 Beyer, the highest of the week, for his gutsy neck victory over Skelly on Saturday in the Louisville Thoroughbred Society at Churchill Downs. He also earned a 102 Brisnet rating for that effort, their second-highest figure of the week. It was the fourth victory in seven starts this year for Happy Is a Choice, and his first lifetime win in stakes company.

Here are the figures for last week’s highest-rated stakes winners ranked by Brisnet ratings with Beyers also shown.
