-On Thursday, South Carolina announced it will play its exhibition game at Memphis as part of the St. Jude Tipoff Classic. The game is part of a doubleheader at the FedEx Forum following a men’s game between the Tigers and North Carolina.
The doubleheader serves as a fundraiser for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, with 100% of proceeds going to the hospital. Last season, South Carolina also used its exhibition as a fundraiser, then in honor of former assistant coach Nikki McCray and her fight against breast cancer.
South Carolina owed Memphis a return game this season after hosting the Tigers in 2022, and it was stipulated the game would be at FedEx Forum. The game is on October 15 at 9:30 pm and will be streamed on ESPN+. Tickets go on sale on Saturday.
