MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) – Someone vandalized the 12th green at Souris Valley Golf Course over the weekend.
The Park District says the vandalism took place either Friday night or early Saturday morning.
They say the damages have been repaired and the hole is open for golfing.
Minot Park District Executive Director Elly Deslauriers says it was quickly repaired and further restoration of the hole will take place in the spring.
“It’s not pristine as we would like it to be with that immediate vandalism, but our crew did a great job to make it playable and it still continues to be open,” said Elly Deslauriers.
The park district is asking area residents to be watchful and contact either the district or the Minot Police Department if they know of anything.
