BUCKS COUNTY, PA —A Lower Bucks County shopping center off Street Road has sold. Meanwhile, the third Amazon Fresh store in Bucks County opened on Thursday.
There’s also a deli inside The Station at the Dublin Town Center in the heart of Dublin Borough.

The Feasterville Plaza has sold for $18.5 million, according to reports. SVN Ahia Commercial Real Estate, which had the listing, said the plaza on the northeast corner of Street Road and Bustleton Pike was offered for more than $19 million. Feasterville Plaza is fully occupied and sits on more than 12 acres and is about two miles west of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Route 1. (Read More)

Dublin Station Deli is celebrating its grand opening inside The Station at the Dublin Town Center in the heart of Dublin Borough. Offering weekday lunch, takeout, and catering from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Friday, Dublin Station Deli is the newest addition to the collection of restaurants at the Dublin Town Center, a Bucks County destination for dining and shopping. Amazon Fresh has opened its fourth location in the state —and third in Bucks County. The new 44,500-square-foot store will be located at 2424 Lincoln Highway in Langhorne and be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the week. Thursday’s opening of Amazon Fresh’s Oxford Valley store comes about a month after another opened in Bensalem Township. (Read More)

Another Big Blue Swim School location is opening in Bucks County. Two months after the first Bucks County location opened in Warminster, another Big Blue Swim School will be opening soon in Fairless Hills. Erica Kowal has posted on Facebook that she and her Olympic Swimmer sister-in-law Kristy Kowal will be opening the business at 524 Lincoln Highway. She currently has a Big Blue Swim School in Paoli.
