The Shoppes at Deon Square, located at 2014-2026 Old Arch Road in East Norriton, has been listed for sale for $4.5 million. Notable tenants at the shopping center are Corropolese Italian Bakery & Deli, Deon-Barbone Beverage, Alex Steak’s, and Fine Wine & Good Spirits.
Montgomery County property records show that the shopping center, which opened in 1987, was sold in January 2023 for $3.3 million.
According to property records and the listing on LoopNet.com, the property is just under 4.5 acres, the building is 45,000 square feet, there are 150 parking spaces, and the shopping center is 95% leased.
