Apple Valley’s Fit Lab Fitness Center is opening a second senior-centric branch in Victorville on Jan. 30.
The gym is open to adults of all ages but is heavy on senior training. Senior classes include chair fit classes, moderate senior exercise, advanced senior exercise, senior-friendly moderate resistance training, and performance-related stretching.
Grand opening specials include three months of free workouts under the gym’s Weight Management Program and the first two weeks free for all who attend the opening extravaganza.
Fit Lab is run by the High Desert’s Choice Medical Group, whose patients are granted free access to the gym.
“We are excited to show off our new Fitness Center,” said Fit Lab Marketing Director Elizabeth McGiffin. “The focus is group training. From Chair Fit to Muscle Fit Intense Training – we have a class for all adults at different levels. Classes are at no charge for Choice Medical Group members with an invitation for the community to join us for a minimal gym membership. Come out to the Open House to receive a two-week free trial.”
Fit Lab is also currently searching for gym instructors. They are in need of dance and other class instructors. Besides hourly pay, instructors also receive all gym access free of charge. If interested, call (760) 338-0914 for details.
Fit Lab is close to the new Choice Medical Group Urgent Care located at 13010 Hesperia Road, Suite 500, Victorville.
