CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) – Southeast Missouri remains in the #6 spot in both the Stats Perform and American Football Coaches Association Coaches Media polls.
This is the second consecutive week at #6.
Last week, SEMO Football reached its highest position in the rankings in the history of the program after its 26-13 victory over the Charleston Southern Buccaneers.
The team carried the momentum on Saturday, October 26 by beating the Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs at home 30-24.
SEMO is now 8-1 with a perfect 5-0 record in Big South-Ohio Valley Conference Association play.
The Redhawks are on a 7 game winning streak as they head into their second bye week of the season.
This also marks 7 consecutive weeks being in both the Stats Perform and American Football Coaches Association Coaches Media top-25 polls.
That puts them at 39 weeks of being in at least one of the two polls.
