Well-known racing secretary and personal assistant Holly Roeder launched Oct. 1 in Newmarket, England, an innovative service for the Thoroughbred racing and breeding industry.
The Bloodstock PA is aimed at assisting those who require a remotely based full racing and breeding secretarial service to look after the paperwork associated with all racing and bloodstock ownership, British Horseracing Authority registrations with Weatherbys, including VAT tax and banking, plus keeping on top of all bloodstock records. This service is designed to assist owners and bloodstock agents, acting as an available service to enhance their enjoyment and business by taking the weight of the administration off their shoulders.
Having worked in the industry for more than 15 years, Roeder possesses a comprehensive understanding of the various administration disciplines both in the UK and overseas, that are required to manage a smooth, independent, and fully confidential service.
She continues her existing role as racing secretary to Sean Woods Racing on the Bury Road in Newmarket, carrying out her new business from her home office in the afternoons and evenings.
The Bloodstock PA will also offer to manage any race day requirements such as tickets, hospitality, or corporate box, along with branding and decor as necessary. Roeder will generally be there to take away the headache for owners and associates so that they can simply enjoy the industry, owning racehorses, breeding, and their days on course.
