We now know the regional final matchups for the 2024-25 N.C. High School Athletic Association basketball season.
In Friday’s fourth round, 16 boys and girls teams punched their tickets to Winston-Salem, the location of championship week.
Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum at Wake Forest University will serve as the host. Games begin on Monday, March 10, and run through Saturday, March 15. Tickets will be available through the LJVM website.
We know which days the regional finals will take place for each class, but specific time assignments are yet to be announced. Those decisions will be made based on the best accommodations for teams involved.
Here are the matchups for the regional championships:
Monday, March 10: 3A boys & girls regional championships
Tuesday, March 11: 1A boys & girls regional championships
Wednesday, March 12: 4A boys & girls regional championships
Thursday, March 13: 2A boys & girls regional championships
The four regional championship games will begin at 2 p.m. each day. The next games will begin approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of the previous game. Approximate game times are 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 6 p.m., and 8 p.m.
