However, it is reported that there are no injuries because of the incident, and no official complaint has been filed by any other party to the High Grounds Police Station, under whose jurisdiction the area falls. More details on the incident are still awaited.
Talking about Dravid, he is currently preparing for the 2025 Indian Premier League (IPL) season, which will be his first season in charge of the Rajasthan Royals (RR) after being named their head coach.
The cash-rich league will mark Dravid’s return to the coaching fold for the first time since his tenure as the head coach of the Indian cricket team ended. The Indian cricket legend was in charge of the senior men’s national team for a period of 2.5 years after replacing Ravi Shastri in November 2021.
Dravid’s tenure ended in June 2024 with a fairytale ending as India ended their 11-year drought without an ICC trophy and lifted the 2024 T20 World Cup.
