Mitchell has played 97% of the Eagles’ snaps this season, and he’s been replaced by Isaiah Likely at the right cornerback spot. Kelee Ringo could see snaps at that spot as well.
As a rookie, Mitchell ranked 3rd among NFL cornerbacks with 16 forced incompletions, trailing only Zyon McCollum (17) and Denzel Ward (17). He was also 3rd among cornerbacks in yards allowed per coverage snap (0.8), behind Pat Surtain (0.6) and Derek Stingley (0.7) (min. 600 coverage snaps).
