Qualifier Uchijima upsets Ostapenko to make second round
Japanese qualifier Moyuka Uchijima won against Latvian Jelena Ostapenko 6-3, 6-3 to move into the second round of the Dubai Open at The Aviation Club Tennis Centre.
Uchijima, ranked No 62, will face No 6 seed Elena Rybakina next.
