Qatar Airways has announced plans to unveil ‘Qsuite Next Gen’, an upgraded version of its Qsuite business class seat, at Farnborough International Air show 2024 (FIA) next week (22-26 July).
The airline is sharing few details ahead of the reveal, but has indicated the ‘upgraded version’ of the Qsuite will be “luxury redefined” and bring a variety of innovative features. The Qsuite is already feature-packed, and won a Crystal Cabin Award when it was revealed in 2018. According to Qatar Airways the update will bring advancements in comfort, collaborative and social design elements, and passenger dining experiences.
The Qsuite Next Gen will be revealed at the Qatar Airways Discover Lounge at Farnborough, where it will form the centrepiece of the airline’s presence at the air show.
“We are highly anticipating this year’s Farnborough International Airshow and as the Best Airline in the World we are confident that the reveal of our latest business class offering will be a huge draw for the global aviation community,” said Qatar Airways’ group CEO, Engr. Badr Mohammed Al-Meer. “We also look forward to welcoming visitors to our installations and onboard our aircraft which will be on display, to experience what we offer.”
Visitors to Farnborough can also get on board one of the airline’s Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners, explore its cabin interiors, and discover Qatar Airways’ product and service. They can also experience ultimate luxury and aircraft performance with a tour of Qatar Executive’s Gulfstream G700. Qatar Executive is the first commercial carrier in the world to operate the G700 aircraft.
