Airlines around the world are preparing for the festive season, and Qatar Airways has introduced its AI-powered “Qatar Airways Adventure” campaign with a holiday twist. As part of its new campaign, the Doha-based carrier aims to engage its passengers and create unique “memorable experiences” through personalized airline marketing tools.
The new campaign lets participants create their own holiday-themed Qatar Airways
movie featuring fun characters like an elf, snowman, and gingerbread. Participants can make and share fun holiday-themed face-swap videos, adding an interactive element to the campaign.

To join in, they just need to find festive characters in certain scenes, star in their own adventure, and unlock a hidden reward in QVerse after creating their video. In the first move for the airline industry, the ad lets viewers seamlessly swap their faces or friends with the lead characters in the story.
Qatar Airways’ new AI-powered campaign highlights the airline’s latest marketing efforts, demonstrating that innovation doesn’t need to be extravagant – it just needs to make a connection with its target groups. Commenting on the holiday campaign, Qatar Airways Senior Vice President of Global Marketing & Corporate Communications, Mr Babar Rahman, said:
“The holidays are a time for connection, and we’re thrilled to bring the magic of travel and celebration together through our AI Adventure campaign. This festive twist reinforces Qatar Airways’ innovation in creating unique, memorable experiences for our customers globally.”
To engage more audiences, Qatar Airways is offering the chance to win two business class tickets by creating and sharing AI-generated festive videos. Those who want to participate and win must visit the campaign microsite at ai.flyqatar.com, generate their personalized holiday adventure, and share it on Instagram or TikTok with the hashtag #QatarAirwaysAdventure and tag @qatarairways.
