Police are investigating a bank robbery Friday in Raleigh.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, the robbery happened around 5 p.m. at a Truist Bank branch inside the Avent Ferry Shopping Center. Police said a man demanded money by passing a note to the teller and ran from the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.
A weapon was implied but not seen by bank employees.
Several police cars are outside the bank and searched around the bank with a K-9 unit. Police later released photos of the man they believe is the suspect.
