A restaurant owner and an employee were arrested during a State Liquor Authority inspection Friday night in East Patchogue, according to Suffolk County police.
Officers say the compliance check was conducted around 10:20 p.m. at El Limeno on Montauk Highway.
They say they discovered that the sports bar had two illegal gambling machines and employed a security guard without a valid registration card.
Officers seized the machines and apprehended owner David Reyes along with Jesus Reyes.
Police say the two will appear in court on Jan. 31.

Two people were arrested after dozens of roosters were found dead and a large wooden arena was discovered on a property in Lodi, according to the San Joaquin Co
