PNC Championship live updates: Follow Tiger Woods, Saturday’s first round
Tiger Woods and his son Charlie Woods are among the 20 two-person teams in the 2024 PNC Championship.
Each team consists of a major champion or Players Championship winner who is paired up with a family member, be it a son, daughter, step-son, grandson, you name it.
Tiger and Charlie have yet to win the event at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Course in Orlando in four tries.

How to watch the PNC Championship 2024
Tee times for the PNC Championship 2024
The fun starts at 9 a.m. on Saturday with the first tee time which will be Lee Trevino and Daniel Trevino as well as Nick Price and Greg Price. Tiger and Charlie are in the second-to-last foursome.
Tiger Woods’ daughter Sam is his caddie
A year ago, Tiger Woods had his daughter Sam as his caddie for the first time during the 2023 PNC Championship. Sam has been in the public eye with dad before, introducing Woods at his induction into the World Golf Hall of Fame. But that marked the first time she had been on the bag, meaning a family affair on a rainy Saturday in central Florida.
“Sam was fantastic,” Tiger said last year. “This is the first time she’s ever done this, so it couldn’t have been any more special for all of us.”
Guess who he has this time around? Same caddie.
Sam Woods meets Nelly Korda
Common courtesy will get you far in this world. When the world’s best female golfer walked up to Tiger Woods’ daughter Sam on the practice range this morning, she didn’t assume the 17-year-old knew who she was.

Team Woods off to a hot start
Tiger and Charlie got things rolling early on Saturday, making birdie on their first three holes of the day. In a format where you need to go low to contend, Team Woods is doing just that.

Will McGee and his mom, Annika Sorenstam are on a roll. Will has being pouring in putts all round long so far, including this beauty for a seventh straight birdie.
Tiger Woods nearly dunks one from the fairway
Woods’ game has looked pretty solid to this point at the PNC Championship. He’s getting off his right side during the downswing, and he’s hit several quality shots. But this one might be the best so far. What a shot!
