WMDT – It’s officially spooky season so Planet Fitness trainer Jeremy Smoot has created a workout that will keep us in shape but also get us excited about fall.
Most of us have a pumpkin lying around somewhere this time of year so why not use that to make our workout extra fun!
Jeremy breaks the routine down into 4 different segments: Jack-O-lantern Jumping Jacks, Spooky Squash Squat and Swing, Pumpkin Plyo Hops, and Pumpkin Spice Crunch & Carve.
