Planet Fitness, Inc. (NYSE:PLNT) said revenue grew 5.3% to $292.2 million in the third quarter and adjusted EBITDA increased 10% to $123.1 million.
Net income was $42 million or $0.50 per share, compared to $39.1 million or $0.46 the year prior, it stated.
The company said it expects full year revenue to increase between 8% to 9% and adjusted EBITDA to rise 8% to 9%.
“We achieved a significant milestone by raising the price of our Classic Card membership to $15 for new members, marking the first increase in over 25 years, underscoring the tremendous value that we continue to offer our members,” said Colleen Keating, the company’s CEO.
