Colleen Keating joined Planet Fitness in June, 2024 as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Keating has over 30 years of leadership experience across hospitality, real estate, operations, and franchise management, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer of FirstKey Homes. At FirstKey Homes, Ms. Keating led the strategic direction of the business, increasing operational efficiency and driving scalable growth. Prior to FirstKey Homes, she served as Chief Operating Officer of the Americas at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). Previously, she held various positions of increasing responsibility at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., including Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations and Compliance, North America, and Senior Vice President of Operations, North Region. Ms. Keating studied business at Western New England University.
