HOUSTON – One thing is for sure – we all sure do miss seeing Frank Billingsley on KPRC 2 everyday!
Now that the beloved meteorologist has retired, it was fun to catch up with one of our fav’s on the golf course at this ‘14th Annual Frank Billingsley Golf Classic.’
This is a special event dedicated to supporting school-based healthcare initiatives through Legacy Community Health., which operates in over 35 schools in the Houston area.
The golf classic was established in 2010 with ten participating teams, and now it’s grown to over 200 players participating in the annual tournament.
Last year, the event raised a record-breaking amount of money for Legacy Community Health, and guess what? They’re aiming even higher this year!
