A lot … at least as far as the IVC North is concerned.
Both teams are unbeaten in divisional games. Both teams will have favorable schedules the rest of the season. The winner will be in a great position to claim the IVC North title outright.
Since suffering their only loss in Week 5, the Hornets have beaten Strasburg 41-14 and Buckeye Trail 32-14. Unbeaten Newcomerstown owns IVC North wins over East Canton (41-7) and Tusky Central Catholic (52-0).
