Here are the complete fourth-round pairings, with the site of each game, for the Ohio High School Athletic Association football state playoffs. These games are regional finals.

A total of 56 schools – two in each region – remain in the state playoffs. The postseason culminates in OHSAA state championship games. The state finals are Dec. 5-7 at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton — the fourth straight year all of the title games are being played there.

Pairings are shown with regional seed. All games are scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, unless noted. The higher-seeded team is the designated home team and listed first.
