STATEN ISLAND N.Y.– Northwell Health’s Staten Island University Hospital is partnering with MAX Fitness and Wellness Center (formerly the MAX Challenge) to lead a 10-week Transformation Program for the hospital employees.
The program is starting in light of celebrating a decade of collaboration between Northwell Health and MAX Fitness & Wellness Center. By highlighting this milestone, all Northwell employees are invited to enroll in the program designed specifically to support the health and wellness of all Northwell employees.
MAX Fitness & Wellness Center is a group fitness brand that focuses on transforming lives through fitness, nutrition and motivation. Using its programs and support coaches, it empowers members to achieve their health and wellness goals.
The collaboration will offer a wide range of opportunities to prioritize staff health and wellness. There will be an arrangement of unique nutrition coaching, reliable habit transformation, and fitness programming for each employee.

Any employee that agrees to the program will have expert coaches along the way to ensure they are supported through their journey.
