The Florida State Seminoles updated their roster for the spring semester on Monday. While the biggest change was the addition of 31 new players, several returning players are set to wear new numbers in the 2025 season.
Of the nine players set to have a new number, three of them are on offense, five are on defense, and one is a special teamer. As expected, most of the players are younger with six of them entering their second year with the Seminoles.
The position groups experiencing the most charge are running back, wide receiver, and defensive back, which each saw two players swap numbers. Tight end, offensive line, and defensive line were the only groups that did not see a returning player change their number.
Here is a look at each of the nine players who will have a new number in the upcoming 2025 season, including their position, and former number.
