The Seattle Seahawks (7-5) are facing the Arizona Cardinals (6-6) for the second time in three weeks. In the first meeting, Seattle won 16-6 and took the NFC West lead away from Arizona. Now, it’s the Cardinals who have the chance to snatch the lead back from the Seahawks by winning at home.
This is usually a FOX game but in the era of cross-flexing in which NFC matchups can be on CBS and AFC games can be on FOX, this is one of those cross-flexed specials. It’s a CBS singleheader week, which means only one game will be carried on the network. Ian Eagle and Charles Davis, the No. 2 broadcast team, are on the call for this one. Evan Washburn is the sideline reporter.
The blue section of the 506 Sports map will carry Seahawks vs. Cardinals on local CBS affiliates. This is one of the biggest games on the CBS slate, even though the network opted to send Jim Nantz and Tony Romo to Pittsburgh, and accordingly there’s a fairly large distribution of this game beyond just the Pacific Northwest.
