Good morning all you guys and gals and non-binary pals, and welcome to the start of the NFL season for your one and only Houston Texans!
Today, the Texans pick up where the left off last regular season: traveling up north to the Crossroads of America (because anywhere is better than Indiana) to take on the Indianapolis Colts.

In short, just don’t be a jerk, we’re all trying to have fun here.
And for those of you who want to shell out a bit of coin on today’s game, here are my picks for today’s game, from FanDuel.
Pretty simple reason for why I went with these picks. Other than me being a terminal homer, the fact that the Texans are favored on the road is a good and subtle sign that the Texans are probably significantly better favorites than the spread is showing (2.5). And while it’s Indianapolis, and historically the Texans have struggled here, this is the best Texans team in easily 10 years, and I don’t see how the Colts can keep up with them.
BRB community, this is your thread for today’s game. Enjoy!
Go Texans!
