The annual peer survey of the NFL’s top 100 players has been fully unveiled, and after the initial surge of three current Seattle Seahawks making the 100-81 portion of the list, that’s all the team managed.

There’s no Kenneth Walker III, no Geno Smith, no Tyler Lockett, no Leonard Williams, and no Devon Witherspoon. That’s it for Seahawks inclusion for 2024, keeping in mind that the rankings are based on 2023 performance.

The reason why this is a “deeply unserious” NFL Top 100 is the fact that Patrick Mahomes was No. 4, while Miami Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill took the top spot.

If this survey, which I stress again is conducted by fellow NFL players, hasn’t already jumped the shark, then this is the moment.

Bobby Wagner did get ranked at No. 59, but he’s with the Washington Commanders these days after a one-year reunion with the Seahawks.
