The Washington Commanders were the top team in the NFC East before they lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers, and the Philadelphia Eagles took care of the Dallas Cowboys last week. That had the Eagles at 7-2 and the Commanders at 7-3, giving Philadelphia a half-game lead in the division heading into Week 11.

They went from 2nd to 6th in the NFC on Sunday, and today’s loss pushes them down past the Packers to the 7th seed in the conference. Green Bay has a game in Chicago against the Bears, and they seem likely to hold onto that 6th seed going into Week 12.
The Washington Commanders now have a 10-day break before they return home to host the Dallas Cowboys. Washington
