The highest scoring playoff game in NFL history was a 51-45 win by the Arizona Cardinals over the Green Bay Packers in overtime of a wild-card game in the 2009 season.

Here was the scoring in a ridiculous second quarter: Brian Robinson scored a 2-yard touchdown run for the Commanders, Sam LaPorta answered with a one-handed touchdown catch in the end zone for the Lions, Terry McLaurin took a short screen pass 59 yards for a touchdown, Commanders safety Quan Martin had a 40-yard touchdown on an interception return, Jameson Williams scored on a 61-yard run off a reverse, then Jayden Daniels hit Zach Ertz for a 5-yard touchdown.

You can go some playoff weekends without seeing that many explosive plays. The Commanders and Lions did it in one quarter.
