CORAL GABLES, Fla. — The Miami Hurricanes opened spring practices on Monday morning with a number of new faces.
UM officially released the jersey numbers for the newcomers as well as jersey number changes for returners.
Here is a look the newcomers:
Quarterbacks Carson Beck (11) and Luke Nickel (16); running back Girard Pringle Jr. (22); wide receivers Joshua Moore (3), CJ Daniels (7), Malachi Toney (12), Daylin Upshaw (13), ; tight ends Brock Schott (10), Jack Nickel (84), Alex Bauman (87) and Luka Gilbert (88); and offensive linemen James Brockermeyer (52), SJ Alofaituli (65), Max Buchanan (66), Jaden Wilkerson (71) and Demetrius Campbell (72).
Defensive linemen David Blay (11), Hayden Lowe (14), Herbert Scroggins III (35) and Donta Simpson (93); linebackers Kellen Wiley (30) and Ezekiel Marcelin (54), Myeah Newton (55); defensive backs Xavier Lucas (6), Zechariah Poyser (7), Emmanuel Karnley (13), Jaboree Antoine (16), Charles Brantley (19), Chris Ewald (20), Ethan O’Connor (24) and Amari Wallace (26).
Number changes include running back Jordan Lyle (2 from 21), defensive linemen Justin Scott (5 from 98), Malik Bryant (9 from 24); linebacker Raul Aguirre (10 from 32) and defensive back Damari Brown (2 from 6).
