LEMONT, IL — Offering a variety of classes from strength training to pole dancing, Sweatin Sexy Fitness and Dance Studio opened earlier this year in downtown Lemont.
Owner Tosha Anderson said the studio, at 335 Front St., has been open since April, and she wants to get the word out about the new business.
Anderson described the studio as “an empowering, welcoming community offering diverse, high energy group fitness workouts and personal training.”
“Our studio offers intimate sized classes to create an environment for adults of all ages, sizes, abilities and fitness goals,” Anderson told Patch. “Our personalized approach ensures all of our students receive the attention and support they deserve.”
The studio offers personal training, senior fitness classes, strength training, WERQ fitness, trampoline fitness, cardio kickboxing, line dancing, yoga, high heel dance, pole dancing and more.
Anderson said the studio also accommodates private parties or other small group requests.
The studio offers a monthly membership, pay per class option, or 5 and 10-class passes.
