CHARLOTTE HALL, Md. — A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant is set to open in Charlotte Hall on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2025, bringing approximately 100 full- and part-time jobs to the community. The restaurant, located at 29920 Three Notch Road, will offer dine-in, drive-thru, and carry-out service from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The dual-lane drive-thru will remain open until 10 p.m.
The Charlotte Hall location joins more than 100 Chick-fil-A restaurants serving the greater DMV metro area.
Chick-fil-A, Inc. has selected Matt Ogle as the franchised local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Charlotte Hall. Ogle, whose career with Chick-fil-A began in 2018, has worked in Washington, D.C., and Bethesda in leadership roles, including director and general manager positions. He also participated in the Chick-fil-A® Leadership Development Program, gaining experience supporting franchise locations nationwide.
“My wife and I see Chick-fil-A Charlotte Hall as an extension of our own home,” Ogle said. “We aim to be the community’s most caring restaurant and to be a place that cares deeply for every guest we serve and every team member we develop. We hope to grow our community by creating memorable moments through our food, our team, and our signature hospitality.”
As Owner-Operator, Ogle will oversee the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, including hiring and developing team members, serving guests, and fostering relationships with local businesses and organizations.
As part of its grand opening celebration, Chick-fil-A Charlotte Hall will recognize 100 local heroes who make an impact in the community by providing them with free Chick-fil-A entrées for a year.
Chick-fil-A, Inc. has also donated $25,000 to Feeding America in honor of the new location. The funds will be distributed to local food banks and organizations in Southern Maryland to support hunger relief efforts.
Additionally, the restaurant plans to participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local soup kitchens, shelters, food banks, and nonprofits in need. More than 35 million meals have been provided through the program, with donations from over 2,300 Chick-fil-A restaurants in the U.S. and Canada.
Chick-fil-A Charlotte Hall will employ about 100 team members, offering benefits such as hands-on training, competitive pay, scholarship opportunities, and career development programs. Chick-fil-A’s local Owner-Operators focus on mentoring and developing employees to prepare them for future career paths.
