While the Philadelphia 76ers’ team meeting held last week following a fourth consecutive loss was supposed to bring everyone closer together, it reportedly had the opposite effect.
According to ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne, the fact that details of the meeting leaked to the public “further [exacerbated] the tension and lack of trust in the locker room.”
ESPN’s Shams Charania broke some news regarding the meeting with the biggest bombshell being guard Tyrese Maxey calling out superstar center Joel Embiid for being late “for everything” and negatively impacting the locker room as a result.
