On Monday evening, the Toronto Raptors beat the Indiana Pacers by a score of 130-119.
RJ Barrett exploded for 39 points, nine rebounds and five assists while shooting 13/21 from the field and 4/8 from the three-point range in 36 minutes of playing time.
Barrett made a post to Instagram (on Wednesday) that had over 11,000 likes in five hours.
He captioned his post: “9️⃣”
One person who left a comment on Barrett’s post was NBA legend Steve Nash.

Barrett is Nash’s godson.
Barrett is in his second season playing for the Raptors after spending part of five years with the New York Knicks.
The former Duke star is averaging 23.2 points, 6.4 rebounds and 6.5 assists per contest while shooting 42.2% from the field and 33.8% from the three-point range in 12 games.

The Raptors are 3-12 in their first 15 games, which has them as the 13th seed in the Eastern Conference.
Following their victory over the Pacers, they will play their next game on Thursday evening when they host Anthony Edwards and the Minnesota Timberwolves in Canada.
As for Nash, he is one of the best point guards in NBA history.
The Hall of Famer played 18 seasons for the Phoenix Suns, Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Lakers.
While he never won a title, Nash was the NBA MVP twice (2005 and 2006).
