The NBA will feature eight games throughout the day to celebrate 2025 Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
The league typically has a series of games during the holiday, and the slate begins at noon ET this year. The final game starts at 10:30 p.m. ET.
Of the eight games, three will be on national TV. Mavericks vs. Hornets kicks off the slate at noon ET, and Timberwolves vs. Grizzlies takes the 2:30 p.m. ET slot. Celtics vs. Warriors wraps up the national TV schedule at 5 p.m. ET.
There are a couple other notable matchups, including the Knicks vs. Hawks at Madison Square Garden. It’s always a show when Trae Young plays at MSG, so expect some drama and fireworks to go with the hooping.
Suns vs. Cavaliers will feature two high-profile teams at different stages this season. Cleveland is leading the Eastern Conference, while the Suns are struggling despite their three stars being healthy.
