Novak Djokovic will have Andy Murray in his corner again as he eyes more records in the United States.
Djokovic has announced that he will play Indian Wells and Miami consecutively, known as the Sunshine Double, for the first time in six years.

The world number seven has not won either tournament since 2016.
Wednesday marks the beginning of the Indian Wells Open main draw, with Djokovic already through to the second round as the sixth seed.
It’s a tournament that he’s won a record five times alongside fellow tennis legend Roger Federer.
Djokovic would therefore make history at the Tennis Garden in 2025 by winning the coveted ATP Masters 1000 event.
After the conclusion of Indian Wells on March 16, the Miami Open will commence three days later.
If he wins the title, he will surpass Andre Agassi’s record of six titles.
Last year’s tournament saw Djokovic withdraw in a bid to balance his ‘private and professional schedule’.
However, he is on course to return to Miami Gardens and compete for his seventh title in the competition.
Should Djokovic win both the Indian Wells and Miami Opens, he will complete what is dubbed as the Sunshine Double.
The 37-year-old has already achieved this feat four times, which is a record across both the men’s and women’s singles events.
He first sealed the back-to-back victories in 2011 before repeating it in three consecutive years from 2014 to 2016.

Only Federer has come close with his three Sunshine Doubles and the pair are just two of 11 tennis players to ever do it.
Murray’s return to his coaching post comes as no surprise following Djokovic’s admission that they would work together indefinitely.
Murray made the surprise post-retirement move in November when he was announced as his former rival’s coach before the 2025 season.
They collaborated at the Australian Open in January when Djokovic retired in the semi-finals against Alexander Zverev due to injury.
And now their partnership looks set to be extended.

“It’s indefinite in terms of how long we are going to work together.
“But we agreed we are going to work most likely in the States and then some clay-court tournaments and see how it goes after that.”
Djokovic does not yet know who he could face in the second round at Indian Wells as qualifying remains ongoing.
