Kelley, a lifelong Montgomery County resident said his goal is to create a welcoming space where people enjoy the process of getting fit.
“We want people to feel comfortable coming here, so they can focus on their health without it feeling like a chore,” said Kelley. “It’s deeper than just what you eat. Reducing stress and feeling good is key.”
The gym’s range of classes ensures that everyone, regardless of fitness level, can participate and benefit from the program.
Kelley hopes Fitness Edge will help people prioritize their health and build a positive relationship with fitness.
