Miro is back in action. He competed at the Qatar Pro Wrestling Super Slam III event in Qatar on February 22nd.
At the Qatar Pro Wrestling event on Saturday, Miro faced AAA Mega Champion Alberto Del Patron, formerly known as Alberto Del Rio. This marked Miro’s first match in almost 14 months. He had not wrestled since he beat Andrade El Idolo at AEW Worlds End in December 2023.
As reported earlier in February, Miro and AEW mutually agreed to part ways. He had held the TNT Championship during his time with the company.
In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that it was believed that both Malakai Black and Miro would be returning to WWE soon.
