The 15th edition of Milipol Qatar, the premier global event for internal security and safety, officially opened today. Organized by the Ministry of Interior of Qatar, the event brings together various dignitaries, including ministers of interior and senior security officials from around the world.
This year’s exhibition is held under the theme “Technology in the Service of Security,” reflecting Qatar’s commitment to advancing technological solutions to address increasing security challenges. The program includes seminars on cybersecurity, civil defense, and airport and border security, featuring 15 diverse presentations.
Over 250 local and international companies specializing in internal security are participating, alongside six major international pavilions. The exhibition spans a total area of 23,000 square meters, which includes an outdoor display of the Qatari Ministry of Interior’s fleet of vehicles.
Additionally, an international conference on artificial intelligence will be held over two days, featuring a selection of global experts discussing various aspects of AI in internal security.
Attendees are invited to explore the latest innovations and engage with industry leaders throughout the event, which runs until October 31.
