The Michigan Panthers will have coaching continuity for their second United Football League season.
Head coach Mike Nolan, who is entering his third season in charge, announced Wednesday that the entire coaching staff will return in 2025.
The Panthers made the USFL Championship game last season before losing to the Birmingham Stallions, 31-18.
“I’m excited that we return our entire staff from last season,” Nolan said. “We have very good teachers in our group who bring great perspective and energy to our team.”
Coaches returning from last season on the defensive side of the ball include defensive coordinator and defensive line coach Collin Bauer, linebacker coach Christian Runza and defensive backs and quality control coach Brock Marion.
On the offensive side, the Panthers return offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Marcel Bellefeuille, offensive line coach Tim Holt, tight ends coach Gary Watkins, special teams coordinator and wide receiver coach Jaron Fairman and running back coach and quality control Jordan Pavlisin.
Steve Kazor will also return for his third season as the general manager.
The Michigan Panthers are one of eight teams in the spring professional league, which was formed last year after the rebooted United States Football League and XFL merged.
They will kick off their 2025 campaign on the road at the Memphis Showboats on Sunday, March 30 at 12 p.m. on ESPN.
Home games will be played at Ford Field in Detroit. The Panthers complete schedule can be seen here.
